This unit has been registered at 7385kgs, as such is below the UK weight restriction if your license has this restriction.

This is recorded as the certified weight on the V5.

We hope to give you an insight here into this very spacious RV, with the twin slides and the east/west bed in the rear you will have a really surprising amount of room available to you, even to the extent that you could consider this unit for full-timing or live-aboard to enjoy your European travels.

ENGINE/CHASSIS SPECIFICATION:
the unit has the excellent Ford F53 RV chassis fitted with the superb Ford V10 engine of 6,800cc, this is mated to the equally excellent C4 Ford Gearbox, which is a smooth combination and very reliable. This unit has also had a brake overhaul as well as a new MoT before sale, as such you have little to worry about. The current mileage is 43,220 miles, but more importantly, we have known this RV for years, as such, it has been regularly serviced and any work need has been carried out.

MAIN SALOON & CAB AREA:
As you enter through the side access door via the electric entrance step, you have to your left the 'L' shaped galley area with cooker/hob, double sink, fold-up worktop extension, You have an oversize American over the counter microwave cooker unit. In the entrance, footwell are your controls for the entrance step/lights and awning lamp and locker lamps.

To the immediate right of the entrance you have the Lazyboy recliner/swivel armchair, then opposite a comfortable 3 seater sofa bed unit with seat belts mounted, opposing this next to the Corian countertop is the American Fridge/Freezer (this works from any of the power sources such as Mains/LPG or generator) and a booth dinette that also converts into an additional sleeping berth, moving towards the front you have the driver and co-pilot's area, these chairs can be turned around so they can be part of the seating group. They come with drop-down armrests and full recline facility etc.

The main saloon has various vents in the roof for the air conditioning and in the floor vents for the central heating which is ducted through the floor and lockers, this is all controllable from a remote control. The driver's section has the rearview camera monitor, newly fitted radio CD, cruise control, fully working cab air conditioning and of course, it is fully automatic, PAS, in a central position is the LED TV which has Freeview available.

BATHROOM AREA:
Moving back through the RV you have the entrance to the spacious bathroom with a door. Inside the bathroom you have all you would have in a normal house including a full flush toilet with a capacity of around 40 gallons of waste, then a washstand with your normal taps and your full-size shower cubicle with Moon Roof.

To those who do not know, an American RV water system operates at normal household pressure and flow rates, so it is just like being in your house perhaps. You have a freshwater capacity of around 70 gallons and a wastewater capacity of around the same, so you are not going to be lugging freshwater backwards and forwards all the time. If you are on-site you have the opportunity to connect directly into the mains water supply and all your water is then fresh without the need to use the onboard pump and tank even. You have ducted air conditioning here as well as the heating system. Around the interior of the bathroom, you will find many cupboards and storage areas.

REAR BEDROOM AREA:
The beauty of this design is the two bunks opposing the entrance to the toilet, you have doors between the main saloon and then another set of doors to close off the main rear bedroom. There is a new LED TV in this area as well for those in the bunks. Each bunk has its own opening window and lighting and obviously blinds. The rear main bed is an American Queen with a super comfortable mattress, you will also find a plethora of storage cabinets, hanging wardrobe space, drawers and a large under bed storage area. The other useful feature is the door into the hallway & bathroom, ideal when you have other guests staying, you both then have separate access to the bathroom area. Obviously, there is ample lighting in this area along with opening windows, roof AC vents and heating again with remote control for heating & AC as this unit has two roof AC units. The beds have high-quality memory foam mattresses on them, as such VERY comfortable.
