We hope to give you an insight here into this very spacious RV, the north/south bed in the rear you will have a really surprising amount of room available to you, even to the extent that you could consider this unit for full timing or live-aboard to enjoy your European travels, even though we are now not an EU member!!! I am sure we will still survive and flourish.



ENGINE/CHASSIS SPECIFICATION: the unit has the Chevrolet Vortec RV chassis fitted with the excellent Chevrolet V8 engine of 5.7cc, this has received a sequential multipoint LPG injection system, this alone would cost in excess of £4,000 to have fitted, this is mated to the equally excellent GM Gearbox, which is a smooth combination and very reliable. It would be supplied at the asking price with a new MoT before sale, as such you have little to worry about. The current mileage is 5500 miles, again at the listed price it will come FULLY serviced and ready to go.

MAIN SALOON & CAB AREA: As you enter through the side access door via the entrance step, you have to your left the spacious American fridge/freezer, opposing this is your corner double sink and worktop in the 'L' shaped galley area with cooker/hob. You have an oversized American over the counter microwave cooker unit. In the entrance footwell are your controls for the entrance step/lights and awning lamp and locker lamps. To the immediate right of the entrance you have the comfortable 3 seater sofa bed unit with seat belts mounted, opposing this the booth dinette that also converts into an additional sleeping berth, moving towards the front you have the driver and co pilots area, and above the large over cab double bed. The main saloon has various vents in the roof for the air conditioning and in the floor vents for the central heating which is ducted through the floor and lockers, this is all controllable with the remote mounted control unit. The drivers section has the rear view camera monitor, radio CD, cruise control, fully working cab air conditioning and of course it is fully automatic, PAS, in a central position above the cab is a position for the TV.



BATHROOM AREA: Moving back through the RV you have the entrance door to the bathroom/toilet with a door. Inside the bathroom you have all you would have in a normal house including a full flush toilet with a capacity of around 30 gallons of waste, then a wash stand with your normal taps and your full size shower cubicle with Moon Roof is situated in the corner of the bedroom, as such making an en suite facility. To those who do not know, an American RV water system operates at normal household pressure and flow rates, so it is just like being in your house perhaps. You have a fresh water capacity of around 65 gallons and a waste water capacity of around 40 gallons, so you are not going to be lugging fresh water backwards and forwards all the time. If you are on site you have the opportunity to connect direct into the mains water supply and all your water is then fresh without the need to use the on board pump and tank even. You have ducted air conditioning here as well as the heating system. Around the interior of the bathroom area you will find many cupboards and storage areas.



REAR BEDROOM AREA: The rear main bed is a American Queen with a super comfortable mattress, you will also find a plethora of storage cabinets, hanging wardrobe space, drawers etc. Obviously there is ample lighting in this area along with opening windows, roof AC vents and heating again with remote control for heating & AC. Again, the rear bedroom has the ducted air conditioning and heating.



OTHER FEATURES: All windows are opening and have mosquito screens on them as does the entrance door, this means you can have all the doors and windows open and keep the little buggers out. You also have powered vents in the roof in all areas and obviously all windows have American Day/Night blinds on them, these allow you light in but privacy, or you can put them into the night function which is a blackout function. The roof has a host of lights in various places to give you good illumination together with reading lamps in strategic points. On board you have a Onan 5500kva generator, this will power everything on board with power to spare. Located at various points around the RV you have power sockets for either 120v or 240v. On the offside you have the large awning to give you shade on those sunny EU or UK days to come, this can be deployed easily as a standard sloping awning with micro adjustment up or down. Moving round the outside of the RV you have lots of extra storage capacity, all in sealed and heated lockers, this is of course ignoring the large roof space which can support as many people as can stand on it. This area is ideal at say race meetings as it can be used as your very own grandstand, it has its own access ladder and this makes it easier when you are passing up the ice bucket and Pimms to enjoy in your chair at the race or event. The RV also has an uprated tow package, as such you will be able to tow pretty much whatever you want, horse box, trailer, caravan (how common) or car. If you want to take your motorcycle/scooter with you, we stock new racks for the rear so it can be carried easily, we even stock new scooters which come with a 3 year manufactures warranty should you need one. The unit has its own on board LPG storage tank, as such you can take advantage of cheap bulk LPG (we also have our own bulk LPG tanks on site) as such you have capacity to stay even longer with all your needs catered for on board.



OWNERSHIP: Make no mistake, this is a comfortable RV in a compact package, but it has what can only be described as a surprising amount of usable and liveable space inside. In real terms this is relatively cheap to run, road tax is only going to cost you around £165 per year and we have customers who pay anywhere between £345 and £570 per year for insurance. We carry out servicing on these units on a fixed price system, this is as little as £298 plus VAT, and for your information you should service these either every year or at 10,000 miles whichever comes first, so as you can see it is not going to cost your a fortune to enjoy yourself.
